その破片に宿る記憶はどうでしょうか。
華やかな「九谷焼」の色彩を、
悠久の時を繋いできた「漆芸」の技で繕う。
石川が育んだ二つの伝統が重なり合うとき、
継ぎ目は光を放ち、新たな物語が動き出します。
繕うことで生まれる、昨日よりも強い輝き。
その世界を、インスタレーションや映像作品なども表現しています。

Sometimes, things break.
Yet, the memories held within the fragments remain.
Here, the vibrant colors of “Kutani Ware” meet
the refined techniques of “Urushi Lacquerware”
through the art of mending.
When these two heritages of Ishikawa intertwine,
the scars transform into lines of light, marking
the start of a new chapter.
